Yay!
Current weight: 141 pounds
Last week's weight: 144 pounds
Total weight loss: 29 pounds
Yay hooray! It's great to be losing weight again. And I feel really bad about not posting pictures in sooooo long, but it's tough when Bryan has class earlier than I like to get up. When we started The Skinny his classes started a little later on Tuesdays and Thursdays and now, well, his class schedule has changed a couple of times. But I really will try to at least take a picture the night before or something for next week. Anyway, I am super excited to be losing weight again. I'm not really sure why I lost weight this week, but I would attribute it to one of the following three things:
1. I haven't lifted weights in about two weeks because I was on vacation and then I had a cold that knocked me out pretty good for most of last week, so maybe I lost all my great muscle. That would be real sad.
2. I have been on the "sewing diet" this week. In other words, I've had some sewing projects that I've started and finished all in one day and a few times this past week I've gotten so busy that I forgot to eat lunch or snacks or really anything between breakfast and dinner.
3. This is Heavenly Father's nice way of telling me I need to get back on track.
Perhaps it's a little of all three (or something else entirely), but it's exciting to be so close to the 130's! I honestly can't remember the last time my weight was in the 130's. High school? Single college life? I already hit my half way goal of 150 pounds a while ago and I've just kind of been in actual-goal-limbo for a while now. Which is perhaps why I haven't been all that committed. So instead of looking at 125 lbs like a far off number, I'm going to give myself a half step and make my next goal 135 lbs.
Other goals for this week:
-lift weights twice
-go running twice
-go on walks every day, starting today

Katie, good for you! I am so proud of you. I like your midway goal...haha - that's my end goal!
I keep trying to convince myself to keep a food journal. I really think I need to do that to get off of this 140-ish place I seem to keep sitting on.
Thats a good idea- good for you for setting an additional goal! Go for it!
One month from tomorrow and I'll be home and we can start our walks together again. :)
