Katie: Week 35

Well...

Current weight: 133 pounds
Last week's weight: 132 pounds
Total weight loss: 37 pounds


I have gained a pound.  But at least I haven't gained more than that.  Bryan's family has been visiting and I have been eating whatever we're all eating and not worrying about it.  So there.  After they're gone and we're back to our normal routine I will get back on track.  But right now I don't even care.  I'm just happy to be having some fun vacation time with family.  :)  So, that's all from me for today.  See you all next week!

Hooray for vacation time! One pound can just be water weight. You are right, you will continue your downward trend once you are in a routine again. Have fun with the family - I'm so glad you can spend some time with Bryan's funny, wonderful family.

What a relief it was only one pound, right? Sometimes I go a long time without weighing myself (like 2 weeks or more... which is the case right now) and cringe when I get on the scale only to realize it was only one or two pounds. Nothing to stress over; just a reminder to get back to those healthier habits. You are doing great! Soon you will be just like your mom and posting about reaching your goal weight! :)
