Fruit Parfait

Ready for a super easy, mega yummy--oh, and did I mention HEALTHY--dessert?



-Slice up 1/4 cup fresh strawberries into the bottom of a mini trifle dish (or whatever)
-Top with 1/4 cup fresh blackberries
-Top that with 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
-Top berries with 4 oz strawberry yogurt (Other flavors would probably be good too, but that's what's in the picture.  By the way, I used Yoplait Fiber One yogurt cups to make our parfaits.  Yum.)
-Sprinkle a few more berries on top for decoration

I eat something almost like this every day at lunch, but it's not as beautiful. I cut up a banana into 3/4 cup of plain yogurt. It takes care of my cup of milk plus a fruit.

Where do you find inexpensive berries this time of year?
