I have been thinking lat...Super good advice, Alex. I have been thinking lately about how I really need to drink more water. I have only been drinking about half as much (or less) as I should each day and I think it is taking a toll on my body... and making me more snacky! Gah. I've got to step it up in the water department. Also, thanks for the encouragement. And, lastly, SO true about eating while you're pregnant. I ate WAY too much extra junk while I was pregnant. You are wise to have a more solid and realistic perspective on it.
